The safety of our customers and employees has always been our number one priority at Luckey Farmers. Therefore, we made many changes around our facilities in an effort to do our part in ensuring the prevention and spread of COVID-19. One significant change that we made this past year was only providing feed products for pick up at our Lemoyne location. This was done in an effort to limit foot traffic and allow both employees and customers a safe distance to conduct business. Because our Lemoyne location has a drive-thru feed store, it allows our customers to stay in their vehicles as we load their orders, creating fewer transactional touchpoints. We understand that this change was a significant impact to some of our customers and we appreciate your patience and trust during this unprecedented time. Because we have increased our safety and sanitation procedures at all our locations and are confidently in compliance with federal and local COVID-19 protocols, we are pleased to announce that beginning September 28, 2020 we will be providing feed options at the Oak Harbor and Sugar Ridge locations. We want to maintain the freshest products available. With this in mind, we have carefully considered our customers and their feed needs within our footprint. Therefore, the Lemoyne location will continue to be our feed “headquarters.” The attached pages detail the breakdown of what will be available at our satellite feed locations of Oak Harbor and Sugar Ridge, along with the full list of products available at the Lemoyne feed headquarters. To ensure the safety of our customers and employees, we are asking customers to call ahead NO MATTER THE PICKUP LOCATION before picking up their feed. In many cases, the feed can be directly loaded into your vehicle in a seamless fashion, eliminating wait times. SPECIAL ORDERS
The Lemoyne location will be the only location to offer special order feed. Special orders must be paid in advance through cash, check, or credit. Special orders taken over the phone will not be ordered until payment is received. There are no returns on special order feed. DELIVERY
If you would like a special delivery of non-stocked feed to be delivered to the Oak Harbor or Sugar Ridge location, the cost will be $35 per load.
