crop is mature, versus 70% last year and 64% five year average. The Ohio corn crop is 39% mature, well
behind the average of 50% and 3% of the state’s crop has been shelled, versus 7% last year.
Nationally, soybeans harvest is 10% complete, compared to the average of 12%. Dropping leaves has
reached 63% done, right in line with the average. Ohio soybeans are 5% harvested, three points behind
the average, and 58% of the state has dropped leaves, versus the average of 71%.The winter wheat crop is 24% planted nationally, slightly behind the average of 28%.

September 29th at 12:00 pm.
