Two of our Luckey Farmers, Inc. employees, Alexis Busack and Michael Karg, were recognized as the latest graduates of the Ohio AgriBusiness Association’s LAUNCH Program. This program is focused on assisting Ohio agribusinesses in elevating its people, ideas and industry. Our two graduates are arising leaders in the industry with the desire to achieve higher goals within Luckey Farmers. The LAUNCH program provides the tools and confidence to help employees achieve their career goals. During two different sessions, the member graduates spent time networking, discussing next-level leadership and interpersonal communication skills and also completed a personal project. We are proud of Alexis and Michael for their passion to become agribusiness leaders and can’t wait to see how they affect the future of this industry.
