In an effort to curb the spread of the COVID-19 Coronavirus and response to the order of governor Mike DeWine prohibiting large gatherings, the 2020 Annual Stockholders Meeting scheduled for April 8, 2020 has been cancelled. Nothing is more important than your health and safety, and the need to protect those most vulnerable to COVID-19 Coronavirus.
It is our intention to reschedule this meeting for later in the year when this risk has subsided, and we will be sure to keep you informed as we continue to assess the situation and are able to set a new date with confidence.
