Luckey Farmers was a sponsor of the Ohio Agribusiness Association (OABA) Bowling For Scholarships event. The event is held annually to raise money for the OABA Educational Trust scholarship program, through which more than $45,000 in scholarships have been provided annually to students enrolled in an agriculture-related field attending The Ohio State University and Ohio State’s Agricultural Technical Institute, Central State University, Clark State Community College and Wilmington College.

As a part of the sponsorship, Luckey Farmers had two teams of five employees bowl in the event. Eighty OABA members bowled and Mike Hartman, who works out of the Luckey Farmers Lindsey branch, made the top 24. He moved onto the next level, where he took first place in the “B” Flight Division.
