Ottawa County Auditor Lawrence Hartlaub would like to invite any interested parties to attend a public meeting explaining changes to the Current Agricultural Use Valuation (CAUV) formula at the Oak Harbor High School, August 4, 2015 at 6pm.
Rick Hoffman, Esq. of Local Government Services, LLC. will be presenting about the recent changes the Ohio Department of Taxation has made to the CAUV formula. “The Ottawa County Auditor’s Office has worked with Mr. Hoffman for a number of years on matters related to real estate taxation, valuation and budgeting. We will tap into his knowledge of the CAUV formula to explain the many recent changes to the formula and the future of the CAUV program, Auditor Hartlaub said.”
