The national corn crop rating dropped three points this week at 65% good/excellent, below last year’s 76% g/e. Corn silking came in at 19% this week compared to 30% last year. Ohio’s ratings went down three points this week at 53% g/e.
National soybeans crop rating fell two points this week at 62% good/excellent, below last year’s 71% g/e. This week the crop bloom is at 34% compared to 37% last year. Ohio soybeans are at 53% g/e this week, down five points.
The winter wheat crop is 67% harvested nationwide. Ohio winter wheat is 77% harvested this week.
